Chilli Paneer

For Coating paneer

01.

Add refined flour, corn flour, salt and water to a bowl, mix well.

Add the corn flour to the paneer cubes and coat well, pour over the prepared
batter and mix well coating all the paneer cubes evenly.

03.

Deep fry the coated paneer cubes till light golden.

For Chilli Paneer Sauce:

01.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic. Mix well and sauté for a few minutes.

02.

Add onions and capsicum, sauté till onions are fragrant.

03.

Add soy sauce and toss well to coat.

04.

Add fresh red and green chillies, sauté for a few seconds.

05.

Add chilli sauce, Hot & sweet sauce, mix and toss well.

06.

Add little water, sugar and cook till it melts.

07.

Add some more water and the corn flour cook till the sauce thickens.

08.

Add the fried paneer cubes and spring onions, toss well.

09.

Garnish with spring onions and toasted sesame seeds.
