Subway Style Veggie Delight Sandwich

Instructions

01.

firstly, soak 2 cup moong dal for 4 hours.

02.

drain off the water and blend to smooth paste.

03.

transfer the moong dal paste to a large mixing bowl.

add ¼ tsp turmeric and finely chopped green chilli..

05.

beat and mix well forming a nice thick batter.

06.

take 1 ladleful of batter into a Glass.

07.

add ¼ tsp chilli, ¼ tsp ginger, 1 tbsp onion, 1 tbsp tomato 1tbsp coriander.

mix well making sure everything is well combined.

09.

now heat a pan and spread 1 tsp Butter.

10.

sprinkle chilli powder and black pepper in the glass.

11.

Pour the batter onto the hot pan add bread on the top..

12.

cover and simmer for 2 minutes or until the base are cooked well.

13.

Add butter in the corner to make it crisp.

14.

now flip over and press gently.

15.

simmer for a minute or until the is cooked completely.

16.

finally, enjoy bread moonglet with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
