In a kadhai add oil then add cumin seeds, onion, ginger- garlic paste and cook it properly.
Now add tomato in it and cook further until tomatoes are soft, add some water and continue cooking it.
Add carrot mix will, keep a lid and cook it until half done, now add cabbage in it and cook it.
Add some butter, salt, black pepper, cumin powder, red chili powder, and sauté it will.
Now add all the vegetables and cook them properly, now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, paneer and toss it on time to time.
Finish it with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti.
